Learn in style

Take a look at some of our hotels where you you will be treated to the luxuries of quintessential Kentish accommodation and a variety of cuisine to tempt your taste buds after an enjoyable days work.

Alternatively check out our beautifully furnished and unique styled barging vessels whilst you are enjoying a tranquil and relaxing educational cruise holiday you are sure not to forget.

All of Capture and Create's cruises will be managed not only by ourselves, but also with our expert cruise specialist co-operative partners "Cruise Holidays UK", who offer peace of mind with ABTA and ATOL protection. If you prefer the practical approach to learning then look no further than these specialist educational breaks away. Both Sue and Doug will be on-hand throughout your cruise on a daily basis teaching you a varied selection of photographic techniques, tips and tricks (although we might be sleeping elsewhere dependent upon the number of passengers booking up). In the evenings or when we are cruising, your tutors will also be on-hand to demonstrate and assist with Lightroom and Photoshop downloading and editing techniques. Every meal on-board will delight your taste buds with a varied selection of regional specialties dependent upon the country you are visiting.

Capture and Create's photographic retreats Incorporate a mix of theory with plenty of practical sessions at some of our most beautiful and intriguing places in and around Kent. There are two lengths of retreat plus a range of shorter workshop-style themed photographic events; we have one week or two week retreats and two-day workshops that are based on a specific photographic or photo-editing subject.  Which ever you decide to attend, our retreats and workshops will give you plenty of time to concentrate on learning your skills without having to worry about too much else, other than perhaps deciding on what to do in the middle weekend of the two week course, whether it be another trip out to enjoy our lovely countryside, barren seaside desert, quaint villages and famous castles or taking a shopping trip to one of our local towns. You might even fancy a trip to a London show.
