Adobe's Lightroom is an incredibly versatile tool for organizing, editing, and sharing your photographs, it runs on both PCs and Macs and now you can download it onto your tablet or smartphone. Even better is now you can synchronise everything and have all your photographs visible wherever you are in the world and on (almost) any device.
The Topics Covered in the Workshop Include
• Upload your photographs into Lightroom and manage them in a logical order using Catalogues and Collections
• Find your way around Lightroom’s various modules
• Edit your photographs using the Develop module using tools such as the exposure, contrast, clarity, tone curves, clone tool, monochrome, split toning,sharpening, dehaze, correction of your verticals and horizontals and much more.
• Once edited, learn how to export your images and then print, make a book, contact sheet or send directly to the web all from within Lightroom

Lightroom Secret – The Paint Can
Here's a terrific photo editing tip within Lightroom; use the Painter or Paint Can tool to “spray” on a preset of your choice to any image. 1/ In Library (or grid) view, click on the Paint Can icon at the bottom of the toolbar (shown below). The default is to paint keywords (also very useful), but we will paint editing presets. 2/ Click and hold on the Paint pop-up menu and choose Settings. 3/ When you choose Settings, you’ll see the word “Auto Tone” appear to right, click and hold on Auto Tone, a new pop-up appears accessing the Develop Module presets. Choose a preset from the pop up menu. 4/ To apply the preset, drag the Paint Can over your image(s) and each image gets the preset chosen in point 3 above applied to it.
