Elvey Farm is a small boutique hotel that dates back to the 15th century lying in the Pluckley countryside. Pluckley village itself has been named the most haunted village in England and Elvey Farm is thought to be home to a number of ghosts. Despite it’s ghostly reputation however, Pluckley is never the less one of the prettiest villages in Kent with thatched cottages, oast houses, an ancient church and some lovely orchards and woodland.

Buss Farm in Pluckley was also well known in the early 1990’s when the British comedy Drama The Darling Buds of May was filmed there The then little known actress Catherine Zeta Jones was to make her name in the series and the rest as they say is history!

If you are looking to take some very English specialties home with you the Pluckley farm shop provides high quality locally sourced produce and is a great place to stop by and stock up before your trip home.
